Through fun and interactive activities, your child will develop essential skills for managing stress and fostering emotional well-being. Enroll them today and give them the gift of mindfulness, confidence, and joy!

Led by experienced instructors, our camp offers a journey into mindfulness, where children learn to develop awareness, focus, gratitude, and compassion. Through a variety of enjoyable activities including yoga, meditation, creative arts, and games, your child will acquire valuable life skills in a playful and supportive environment.

Our camp operates from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, providing convenience for parents to drop off their children in the morning and pick them up after 3:00 pm. Rest assured, all activities are conducted in a secure and nurturing setting, fostering new friendships and personal growth within a caring community.

We provide lunch and snacks for all participants. However, if your child has specific dietary requirements, we kindly ask that you bring their own food.
