Summer is still in full force – a rather hot and changeable one in Plum Village, but we hope you’re all able to keep cool and refreshed through daily practice.

August has arrived and before long we’ll venture into autumn. For many, this summer month is a series of lazy days: a great time to practice mindfulness. 

But even during the lazy summer months, new material is still being added to the Plum Village App – just check Latest Updates in the Extras category! Today we particularly want to point you towards five short films about the Five Mindfulness Trainings, which use the words of Thich Nhat Hanh. Available on the app in Resources → Short Films.
